Sam Engineering Construction is a partnership company and is incorporated on 1ST April, 2009. Prior to this, it was a proprietorship company since 1stApril, 1995. The business office is centrally located in Western Maharashtra at Kalamboli, Navi Mumbai, which is 45 km from Mumbai, 100 km from Pune and 30 km from Thane, Kalyan, Ambernath. Navi Mumbai is well connected by road, rail and air. The company is managed by well qualified & experienced professionals. The day-to-day operations of the establishment are looked after by managing partner Mr. Sam Daniel.
The company is engaged in various types of mechanical engineering activities including supply, fabrication, erection,testing &commissioning assistance for piping,equipments and structure etc. The piping comprises of all kinds of utility, process& power piping with MOC CS/LTCS,all kinds of SS,Alloys&Aluminium etc.The structural job comprises light&heavy section of steels for technological and factory shed etc.

To achieve the desired quality of the work done by us, the quality objectives are:-
I. To use ISI, ASME AWS etc. approved materials / Consumables.
II. To engage well qualified /trained staff and workmen who have gained adequate knowledge & practical experience to carry out the assigned work.
III. To ensure that the work is carried out as per the drawings, designs, codes & standards given by the clients.
IV. To carry out the work as per Good Engineering Practices.
V. To maintain work place as safe environment and clean.
VI. Necessary corrective changes for implementing the systems.

QThe Quality Management Department is headed by CEO (Safety /Quality /HR), who is well qualified and experienced engineer. He works independently and reports directly to Managing Partner of the Organization.
The Quality Management Department consists of Quality Control and Quality Assurance sections which are managed by adequate number of qualified and experienced engineers/technicians who are deputed at individual site.

Quality is our prime consideration while carrying out the mechanical engineering works to assure safety and efficacy. The defined quality criteria may differ from client to client but are similar in general requirements Viz.

IX. Periodical trainings are imparted by our in-house experts or outsourced expertise to up keep the knowledge of our all personal.
I. Equipment List, Operation and Maintenance
II. All equipments provided at site to carry out specified work are checked and verified to ensure that they are fit to use.
III. All electrically energized equipments are provided with proper earthing.
IV. All mechanical lifting and shifting equipment and accessories are tested and verified for their specified load capacity and ensured that they are not used for loads more than their rated capacity.
V. All equipments are located at site in such a manner that they can be operated / handled in easy and safe manner.
VI. For carrying out work at site, we have equipments and machinery as per the list attached. [Pls. refer Exhibit – I
VII. All the equipment and machinery are maintained and serviced/overhauled by our in house technicians. In case of major problems, the same is referred to OEM for service / repairs. Testing of the same is carried out periodically by government approved competent authority/ organization which are valid as per codes/standards and practices.
